The green hang on is another kind of rakhi called as lumba. It is typically tied by sisters on their bhabhi's wrist. It is tied to the bangle as a pretty hang on. This rakhi is also tied by MIL to DIL, between SIL, between co sisters
Intesestingly this can be reused as a pendant..have a look
