Soya chunks kofta curry

I bookmarked this yummy recipe from a lovely blog Tickling pallet by Radhika.
As a child I used to love Soya chunks curry made by my mom. After marriage, there is no liking for this lovely, healthy ingredient. So I decided to hide this and present in a interesing way.
My husband really enjoyed the dish and didnt come to know it is made of soya, told him after he finished eating :)

Yo I made it to the top 3 of Indian craft room challenge 17 - Shaped creations inspired from home and around. Also selected as a guest designer for ICR :))) for  this lovely apron shaped card of mine.

This one is for the amazing men out there - Fathers

They are expected to be always strong and control their emotions how so ever they want to cry..they would protect, they would bear all the pressures, hardships in life but wont let their children know..it is a tough job being a father..lots of love

Made this (completely handmade) sea shore theme frame with quilled boat, palm tree, birds, waves and sun.  Used a card board for the fame covered it with lemon color paper for the front and orange for the background . I had this lovely picture cut out from a photo shop brochure..so apt for the occasion . :)
